Add a bot
Token: Discord Developer Portal → your app → Bot → Reset Token. It is checked with Discord, then kept in the database and never shown again (not even here). Turn on Server Members Intent on the same page so "tag on end" can name every member. Then use Invite to add the bot to a server.

Config — how the bot picks a room
Standby room: when idle, the bot waits there deafened (it hears and records nothing), so everyone can see it is online. Tag, drag or send it to a room to start a session; it comes back when the room empties.
Sink: each session gets a new thread in this text channel, every transcribed clip is posted there, and a summary tags the people above when the session ends. Discord hides the thread after the chosen time with no new posts; nothing is deleted.
The bot reads this once a second. Follow and drag work together: after a drag (here or in Discord) the bot stays put until the followed person moves, then follows again. Bot leave stops following until Follow again.
